"I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me." Phil. 4:13
Thought To Ponder
As you attempt to walk by faith and not by sight, be conscious of what you do and say each day. The words of God can provide comfort and guidance to your soul. Let His words manifest within your heart and something special will be revealed along your journey in this life. You can speak as the Spirit of God provide guidance in your heart with love and peace. Early in the morning and late at night you can ask the peace of God to rest upon your soul with a fresh anointing.
Imagine for a moment that you are traveling on a dark and lonely road seeking peace in your heart that only God can give. As you travel you remember the words of Psalms 119:105; “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” You also remember that Jesus said: “I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” (John 14:18). At that moment you begin to realize that the words of God lights your path and gives you peace and comfort beyond anything anybody else can give. That alone is worth knowing and holding on to each day. Jesus is there with you and in your heart as you take each step by faith. Do not be afraid or become discouraged because things are not the way you want them to be. Remember who is your light and your comfort even in the midst of the storm.
Can you imagine how it would be if there were no stumbling blocks or deceitful people in this world? Can you identify with the love of GOD and of Jesus via His Holy Spirit? Today is a new day and with new opportunities. When you come into the house of the LORD, you ought to recognize and respect Him for who He is to you. You cannot make it without GOD, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
Ponder on these words from Ezek. 2: 8-10: “But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee. And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein; And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.” Amen
